Responsibilities and Duties * Plan, coordinate, and execute multimodal transportation operations (road, rail, maritime, and air). * Issue and manage the **Multimodal Cargo Transport Document (MCTD)**. * Assume full responsibility for cargo from origin to destination. * Negotiate with carriers across different transport modes and integrate logistics services. * Ensure compliance with tax, labor, environmental, and customs regulations. * Monitor performance indicators (costs, deadlines, damages, service level). * Prepare management reports and support senior leadership in strategic decision-making. * Promote logistics efficiency and cost reduction through modal integration. Requirements and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Experience in multimodal transportation operations. * Organized and results-oriented. * Availability to work on rotating shifts (6 days on / 1 day off) and flexible working hours. Desirable Requirements * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, etc. * Experience in transportation, logistics, or foreign trade companies. * Familiarity with BI tools.
