Main responsibilities * Monitoring alarm and CCTV systems; * Operating remote concierge systems; * Access control; * Telephone support and assistance; * Real-time camera and event monitoring; * Communication with teams; * Execution of protocols. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Aptitude for technology; * Attentive, organized, and responsible profile; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Prior experience in monitoring is a plus.
