Focus on occupational safety and mandatory training **SEGMENT:** Engineering **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:** Salary of R$ 3.300,00 + health insurance + meal allowance + transportation allowance + Gympass + day off **WORK SCHEDULE:** 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in the area. Organized, discreet profile with strong communication skills, interpersonal ease, systemic vision, and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for payroll closing, benefits management, onboarding, integration, probation period, and offboarding—including interviews and termination procedures. Manages vacation tracking, timekeeping, absences, and leaves, as well as ASO (Occupational Health Certificate) management and occupational safety-related tasks. Also oversees mandatory training control, KPIs, monthly reporting, and internal marketing initiatives, maintaining coordination with executive management, accounting, and legal departments
