**JOB DESCRIPTION:**
**Role Summary:**
Perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance on fleet equipment, ensuring the proper operation of power and automation systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct continuity tests and simple voltage measurements;
* Supervise generator installations at customer sites;
* Maintain cleanliness and secure storage of test tools;
* Replace batteries and wear components;
* Perform electrical pre-departure and post-return checklists for fleet vehicles;
* Install electrical accessories on platforms and manipulators;
* Support maintenance of electric traction motors;
* Report technical anomalies identified during inspections;
* Diagnose faults in control boards and electronic modules;
Perform field paralleling of generator sets;
* Conduct insulation resistance and grounding measurements;
* Train customer operators on control panel usage;
* Prepare technical reports for complex interventions;
* Coordinate the fleet's predictive electrical maintenance plan;
* Specify electrical components for replacement and improvements;
Ensure strict compliance with NR-10 throughout the workshop;
* Perform retrofitting of electrical systems on older equipment;
* Mentor junior and mid-level technicians;
* Audit electrical safety and efficiency across the group's 7 companies;
* Qualify suppliers of electrical components and services;
* Develop hybrid and renewable energy solutions for the fleet;
* Advise management on investments in new electrical assets;
* Define guidelines for reducing costs related to electrical consumables.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
**Component Proficiency**: Frequency inverters, soft-starters, and low/medium-voltage panels.
**Technical Reading**: Interpretation of single-line diagrams and manuals.
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of Predictive Maintenance (Thermography/thermometer)
**SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:**
* Diagnosing electrical faults in power and automation systems;
* Handling measurement instruments (multimeter, megohmmeter, ground resistance tester, thermal imager);
* Installation and maintenance of electrical panels and electronic modules;
* Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and technical manuals;
* Knowledge of generator set paralleling;
* Practical application of NR-10.
* Attention to detail and focus on safety;
* Organization and care for tools and equipment;
* Analytical and problem-solving ability;
* Proactivity in identifying faults and improvements;
* Strong communication skills for operator training and report writing;
* Teamwork and ability to mentor less-experienced technicians;
