Job Summary: A cleaning professional responsible for clinic sanitation, garden maintenance, and occasional patient assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Cleaning and disinfection of all clinic areas 2. Garden and outdoor area maintenance 3. Occasional assistance with patient transportation * Clean and disinfect all clinic areas (floors, walls, windows, doors, glass surfaces, etc.); * Clean chairs and benches after each shift change; * Clean restrooms; * Clean capillary reprocessing rooms; * Wash used equipment; * Replace dialysis machines under the supervision of nursing staff or maintenance personnel; * Collect garbage at scheduled times; * Stock dialysis rooms with materials to be used by the nursing team; * Water and maintain the clinic's garden and outdoor areas; * Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies; * Provide occasional assistance with patient transportation when necessary—specifically when patients are unaccompanied or when their designated companion is unable to assist—using either equipment provided by the clinic or equipment arranged by the patient and/or family members; promptly inform the nursing department of any relevant information regarding such assistance.
