Our mission is to positively impact people's lives and accompany\-them throughout their developmental journey. **About the Position — Junior Data Analyst** We are seeking a **Junior Data Analyst** to work in the **Performance Analysis** sector, responsible for monitoring and interpreting metrics from our digital campaigns, supporting the planning of new strategies, and keeping our databases and spreadsheets consistently updated. **Job Requirements** * Analytical mindset and comfort with numbers (strong logical reasoning and basic mathematics); * Completed or currently pursuing/deferred undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); * Proactivity, organization, and eagerness to learn; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2\.100,00 \- R$3\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
