Manage and organize the company's product inventory, ensuring all items are properly stored, correctly identified, and available for use as needed. Responsible for controlling the inflow and outflow of goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting purchasing planning. **Main Responsibilities** **Receiving Goods:** Receive, inspect, and record all goods arriving in the warehouse. Verify that received products conform to purchase orders. Ensure goods are stored appropriately and safely. **Warehouse Organization:** Maintain an organized and clean warehouse, ensuring all items are properly labeled and easily accessible. Apply efficient storage techniques to maximize available space. Monitor product expiration dates and perform stock rotation as required. **Inventory Control:** Conduct cyclical counts and periodic inventories to ensure inventory accuracy. Record all inbound and outbound movements of goods in the system. Identify and report any inventory discrepancies. **Stock Replenishment:** Assist in restocking goods to prevent shortages of essential products. Collaborate with the purchasing team to plan and place replenishment orders. **Safety and Hygiene:** Keep the warehouse area compliant with safety and hygiene standards. Ensure all material handling procedures are correctly followed. **Collaboration and Communication:** Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing, sales, and production. Communicate effectively to ensure all inventory requirements are met.
