Key Responsibilities The PCM Analyst will play a fundamental role in optimizing resources and ensuring **maximum availability** of our industrial facility, working in **Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM)**. Key responsibilities include: * **Master Data and Documentation Management:** Maintain up-to-date and organized equipment registries, maintenance contracts, and supplier records, ensuring traceability and compliance. * **Maintenance Planning (PCM):** Directly support the scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring Work Orders (WOs) are issued in alignment with material availability, resources, and workforce capacity. * **Materials and Inventory Control:** Manage the control of material, spare parts, and consumables inflows, outflows, and consumption in the maintenance warehouse, minimizing stockouts and overstocking. * **Procurement Management:** Request replenishment and purchase of maintenance spare parts, tools, and consumables, coordinating with the Procurement Department and ensuring required lead times for service execution. * **Data Support and Analysis:** Maintain proficiency and utilize spreadsheets and management systems (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP/CMMS) to generate maintenance KPI reports (MTBF, MTTR, costs) and support management decision-making. * **Continuous Improvement:** Propose and implement process improvements in control and planning activities to enhance departmental efficiency.
