The professional will join produced components during production to finalize products; after parts are finalized, manually protect them by closing and sealing boxes to ensure safe transportation; and sort, organize, and cut packaging materials for parts. Additional responsibilities apply. **No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to support your development with us.** **Requirements:** Reside in Contagem, be organized and dynamic, possess good attention to detail, and enjoy hands-on work. **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in assembling costume jewelry, handicrafts, or sewing **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Starting Salary:** R$ 1.661,15 **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance / Food Voucher * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks * Birthday day off * Additional vacation bonus * Performance-based bonus (starting at R$200.00) * Rewards for valuable ideas * Career development plan Employment Type: Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: Starting at R$1.661,15 per month
