Despite the volume, operations emphasize strategic execution, avoiding a “cookie-cutter” approach. This position is intended for professionals with solid experience in high-volume labor litigation who have previously worked in structured environments characterized by client pressure and high accountability, and who possess maturity in people and operational management. This is not an entry-level leadership role. **Key Responsibilities** * Team coordination and development; * Organization, prioritization, and monitoring of tasks; * Deadline management, technical quality assurance, and direct client interface.
