– Supervise transportation, loading, and unloading of oil palm seedlings to family farmers and integrated producers of BBB's PAG; – Conduct socioeconomic assessments of agricultural partners to identify: feasibility of implementation, vegetation identification (soils, existing crops, logistics, and labor), recording of geographic coordinates, registration of land documents, data collection for CAR and LAR; – Transfer collected GPS data (Shapes) to the PAG technical projects department; – Mobilize communities for meetings with potential partners to explain the company’s business model, environmental policy, and other emerging issues; – Mobilize agricultural partners for training sessions (field days, courses, document signing, etc.); – Mobilize agricultural partners to clarify the expansion of new PAG plantings; – Responsible for receiving and distributing fertilizers designated for PAG; – Install rain gauges every 5 km radius around the agricultural partner and collect monthly rainfall data; – Estimate pre\-harvest production for agricultural partners according to area requirements and technical team guidelines from BBB; – Conduct quality control and monitor the weight of fruits delivered to collection points; – Guide and supervise all maintenance processes including hoeing, chemical weeding, fertilization, phytosanitary management, cleaning, among others; – Actively participate in the development and monthly planning of departmental activities; – Prepare monthly activity reports, verify goal achievement, and forward them to the area manager; – Monitor research conducted in partnership with institutions within PAG; – Conduct DDSMS to guide BBB's agricultural producer partners; – Train and advise agricultural producers on environmental procedures and oil palm management practices; – Conduct interviews, diagnostics, and socioenvironmental studies of BBB's PAG areas; – Develop financing proposals with financial institutions to support new plantings according to BBB's PAG expansion plan; – Carry out all necessary analyses required by project execution criteria for new PAG plantings; – Monitor land clearing and preparation activities for new PAG plantings; – Create and execute maps and PRODES analyses for new PAG plantings; – Serve as the focal point between the technical projects team and external stakeholders in project financing processes, such as banks, NGOs, and institutes; – Report data and prepare weekly reports and presentations on new planting prospecting results, aligned with project expansion indicators and stages; – Produce results using advanced technical and financial analysis spreadsheets to assess the feasibility of oil palm technical projects for partner producers; – Conduct financial analysis and cash flow projections for technical projects together with the senior analyst, including producer advance payments, linked to production costs, yield estimates, and area budgeting; – Deliver average weight data per harvest per producer for production studies; – Submit monthly technical assistance reports per producer; – Deliver data and reports as required by the PAG technical assistance team; – Conduct Training on Identification of Permanent Preservation Areas and other special management areas for agricultural producers; – Monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant environmental laws; – Monitor and supervise field activities, assessing environmental aspects and impacts of management operations on partner producers’ properties; – Develop educational materials and conduct environmental awareness campaigns for partner producers;
