People and Management Analyst
**Responsibilities:** **Recruitment and Selection (R&S):** End-to-end support for recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, initial interviews, scheduling, and onboarding coordination. **Administrative and Personnel Department (Support):** Support for operational HR and Personnel Department (PD) routines, such as hiring, leave management, time tracking, benefits administration, and document management, acting as the liaison with the outsourced PD provider. **Development and Culture:** Collaboration in organizing training and development (T&D) programs, employee engagement initiatives, and supporting maintenance of HR policies and processes. **Process Optimization:** Proposing continuous improvements and participating in reviewing departmental processes. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical degree in Human Resources or related fields; * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines—currently pursuing or already completed (preferred); * Prior experience—even brief (internship or junior-level)—in HR/PD routines (R&S, hiring, termination, benefits administration, and administrative tasks); * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Basic knowledge of Labor Legislation; * **Preferred Qualification:** Familiarity with the Sankhya system. **Application Contact:** **Email:** edison.jr@grupogranum.com **Phone/WhatsApp:** (91) 99284-4242 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Salary: BRL 1,518.00 – BRL 3,077.80 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Meal allowance Relocation/Mobility Requirement: * Thailand – Pará 68695: Relocate to or move to the job location prior to starting work (preferred)
