Your moment has arrived—come be **\#IN**! **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a daily basis, you will:** * Attend morning meetings. * Collect and retrieve daily production reports, verify and confirm their correct completion, scan them for subsequent entry into an internal control spreadsheet, and deliver them to the client’s agricultural department. * Attend weekly meetings with the client to align and analyze operational, personnel, safety, and other related indicators. * Attend daily morning meetings with representatives from each functional pillar to review the previous day’s indicators and develop action plans and follow-up activities. * Attend daily meetings with all leadership and management to discuss the previous day’s operational results and establish action plans when necessary to ensure achievement of established goals. * Attend meetings and manage the people management cycle, including delivering scheduled feedback to the team. * Conduct daily field follow-up to monitor and support production activities, aiming for efficient loading and transportation operations of sugarcane. * Provide support for occasional activities such as vehicle breakdowns, etc., whenever required. * Support your immediate supervisor whenever necessary. * Collaborate with the team, adhering to occupational safety and health regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What do you need?** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Preferred: Currently pursuing Postgraduate studies/MBA in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. * Experience in logistics (Sugarcane Loading and Transportation). * Intermediate Excel skills. **You’ll stand out if you have knowledge in:** * Microsoft Office suite. * Basic understanding of PDCA. * Knowledge of Management KPIs. **Additional Information** **Benefits that support you at every stage of life!** At **Imediato Nexway**, we believe your quality of life is essential.
