Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD) **Responsibilities:** * Conduct on-site customer service in the region between Joinville, Blumenau, and Itajaí; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on heavy yellow line XCMG machinery; * Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures; * Complete technical reports and service orders; * Provide on-site technical support to customers; * Daily coordination with after-sales and technical support teams; * Organize tools, parts, and service equipment; * Support assembly, inspections, and technical deliveries when required. **Requirements:** * Proven experience with heavy yellow line machinery; * Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems; * Strong communication and customer relationship skills; * Organization and accountability; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Willingness to travel and perform on-site services; * Driver's license category B; * Familiarity with XCMG equipment will be considered a plus; **This is our agreement:** * CLT employment contract (formal labor registration); * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 — lunch break from 12:00 to 13:12; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Meal allowance (VA) or meal voucher (VR) of R$ 25.64 per working day — with R$ 1 deducted from payroll; * Life insurance; * Pharmacy allowance; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass). *So, does this make sense to you?* Minimum Education Level: Technical Course * E-learning platform * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Meal voucher * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Gympass * Food allowance * Pharmacy allowance
