




Job Summary: The Tecgraf Institute is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to work on software engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence projects, designing and operating ML and AI solutions in production. We are expanding our team to develop and evolve a high-impact institutional technology platform. We adopt agile practices and iterative cycles. We seek professionals with a solid technical foundation, a collaborative mindset, and interest in working on projects integrating software engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence. Employment Type: CLT. Work Mode: Remote or Hybrid (to be agreed). Objectives: Design and operate Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions in production, ensuring performance, reliability, and continuous monitoring throughout the model lifecycle. Responsibilities: * Implement training and re\-training pipelines. * Version data and models. * Build APIs and inference services. * Monitor model performance and data quality (e.g., drift detection). * Work with containerization and deployment environments. * Collaborate with Data Scientists on transitioning models into production. Requirements: * Experience deploying ML models into production. * Experience with Python and Machine Learning frameworks. * Experience with Docker. * Knowledge of version control and CI/CD best practices. * Practical knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals. Preferences: * Experience with LLMs and RAG architectures. * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience with model monitoring. * Experience in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
