Steel distributor seeks a Production Scheduler professional in Três Rios (Monte Castelo). **Responsibilities:** Record and monitor the company’s daily production, including the quantity of products manufactured, production time, and waste. Monitor the performance of machine and equipment operators, recording the productivity of each one. Control the inventory of raw materials and inputs used in production, ensuring that no materials run out during the process. Perform verification and record employees’ working hours, ensuring compliance with the established work schedule. Prepare production and performance reports, presenting data and key performance indicators to company management. Identify and report problems or failures in the production process, proposing solutions to improve product efficiency and quality. Collaborate with the production team to ensure achievement of company-established goals and deadlines.
