Therefore, we encourage women, people with disabilities, Black individuals, and individuals of all sexual orientations to apply for our positions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Command and control, via computerized panels, the operation of equipment and clinker manufacturing processes across all stages, aiming to meet targets in accordance with defined quality, cost, and schedule standards; * Start up and maintain operation of the clinker kiln, raw mill, and coke mill, as well as their auxiliary equipment, monitoring performance according to operational and quality variables to ensure compliance with established standards; * Prepare reports and develop historical trend charts of operational variables for main and auxiliary equipment, supporting decision-making; * Provide technical leadership and interact with Production Operators as well as the Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance teams, directing and monitoring production activities, analyzing preventive and corrective actions to detect and resolve anomalies occurring during operations; * Complete failure analysis reports for main and auxiliary equipment, as well as downtime spreadsheets, recording relevant information in specific forms to support decision-making; * Interact with your immediate supervisor, reporting daily anomalies, proposing and discussing possible actions related to manufacturing to optimize available resources; * Daily entry of totalizer readings from dosing scales, as well as measurements of flour, coke, and clinker silos into the production spreadsheet, ensuring its up-to-date status; * Request support from third-party contractors, guiding\-them in their tasks to ensure continuous feeding of raw material hoppers with production inputs; * Direct and collect ""checklists"" from Production Operators to maintain workflow continuity in the area; * Request or perform, when necessary, electrical lockouts on main and auxiliary equipment to carry out cleaning and\/or maintenance; * Assume the control and operational leadership post at times pre-defined by Management, ensuring uninterrupted operations during the immediate supervisor’s absence, making medium-complexity decisions under Management supervision to achieve established production goals and objectives; * Participate daily in safety dialogues with the team, exchanging information related to production to maintain aligned communication within the area of responsibility; * Ensure your own safety and that of other colleagues, following norms and instructions established by the Occupational Safety Department and using appropriate PPE; * Attend internal work meetings with your immediate supervisor and other team members, exchanging necessary information to maintain activity workflows in the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education; * Prior experience required as a Central Control Panel Operator; * Availability required for on-site work at our Quixeré\/CE factory; * Availability required for night shift, from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary; * Working hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; * Unimed Fortaleza Health Plan for you and your legal dependents; * Dental Plan (optional enrollment), also extendable to your dependents; * Meal allowance of R$ 589.95 per month to support your routine; * On-site cafeteria offering quality meals for your convenience and health; * Commuting route service for greater comfort in your daily travel; * Group Life Insurance, providing added peace of mind for you and your family; * Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR): your performance and dedication recognized through clear, shared goals; * Private Pension Plan to help you build your future with greater security; * Wellhub: easy access to gyms and physical and mental wellness services; * StarBem and Avus: health platforms and services; * Pharmacy partnerships and educational institution agreements for you and your family; * SESI partnership, expanding access to health and wellness services; * Payroll-deductible loans, offered under favorable terms for your needs.
