Description:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering;
* Experience in this role and/or related activities;
* Experience in Maintenance Engineering and/or Reliability;
* Technical knowledge of drawings (proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or AutoDesk Inventor);
* English proficiency is desirable.
* Implement and monitor reliability strategies (RCM, FMEA), defining maintenance requirements and assessing risks, failure modes, and impacts on assets;
* Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Process, and Projects teams to drive continuous improvement and structured problem-solving;
* Analyze critical assets, identify root causes of failures, and define preventive and corrective actions to reduce losses and maintenance costs;
* Ensure application of reliability best practices in maintenance and projects, contributing to achieving the expected equipment availability;
* Prepare asset performance reports and technical and economic studies to support decision-making (repair, maintenance, replacement, etc.);
* Develop technical scopes and support procurement of services, consulting, and reliability-related projects;
* Manage contracts and performance indicators for provided services;
* Participate in internal meetings and comply with company safety, quality, and policy procedures;
* Collaborate in proper sizing and installation of assets in new projects;
* Comply with and promote safety practices, using PPE/collective protective equipment, safeguarding one's own integrity and that of others.
