Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for participating in safety dialogues, preparing risk analyses, conducting inspections and maintenance, and ensuring operational efficiency in cement production. Therefore, it encourages women, people with disabilities, Black individuals, and people of all sexual orientations to apply for our positions. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in safety dialogues and area meetings, contributing to the alignment of production and maintenance activities; * Prepare JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and JHA (Job Hazard Analysis) prior to activity execution, in accordance with risk assessments, standards, and procedures established by Cimento Apodi; * Conduct routine checklists and inspections on primary and auxiliary equipment, identifying anomalies, recording incidents, and reporting deviations to support decision-making; * Perform low-complexity inspections and maintenance on equipment under supervision, carrying out scheduled corrections and reporting any irregularities; * Collect samples of clinker, raw meal, coke, and other inputs for quality control of the production process; * Couple and uncouple auxiliary motors from kilns, following procedures and under supervision; * Inspect kiln, burner, cooler, and clinker conveyor operations, performing or reporting necessary corrections to ensure production continuity; * Clear blockages in silos, chutes, valves, scales, and pipelines to maintain operational flow; * Measure silo levels and report volumes to the Central Control Panel Operator to support production control; * Carry out cleaning and organization of production areas, equipment, and kiln systems, contributing to asset preservation and operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in this role and/or related activities; * Availability to work the night shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. **Additional Information** * Competitive market-based salary; * Working hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a rotating shift basis; * Unimed Fortaleza Health Plan for you and your legal dependents; * Dental Plan (optional), also extendable to your dependents; * Meal allowance of BRL 643.05 per month to support your daily routine; * On-site factory cafeteria offering quality meals for your convenience and health; * Commuting route for greater comfort during your travel; * Group Life Insurance, providing additional peace of mind for you and your family; * Profit-Sharing Plan (PPR): Your performance and dedication recognized through clear, shared goals; * Private Pension Plan to help you build your future with greater security; * Wellhub: Easy access to gyms and physical and mental wellness services; * StarBem and Avus: Health platform and services; * Pharmacy partnership and educational institution partnerships for you and your family; * SESI agreement, expanding access to health and wellness services; * Payroll-deductible loan with favorable terms for your needs.
