Clean, cut, and sort ingredients. Support plating and portioning. Prepare simple dishes under the chef's supervision. Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization. Assist in proper food storage. Check product expiration dates and quality. Restock supplies used in production. Dispose of waste properly. Support kitchen inventory control. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Aide, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
