FWA Operator

We are looking for an **FWA Operator** to collect geographic location information for service installation and maintenance, retrieve equipment in cases of service cancellation, and update customer registration data with information provided by customers—such as phone numbers and new addresses. Additionally, the operator clarifies questions regarding outstanding balances and provides guidance for customer reactivation, ensuring effective service support and necessary assistance to maintain continuity of FWA services.
