Autonomy and direct impact on the product We are expanding our technology team and looking for a front-end developer who goes beyond coding: someone with a critical eye for user experience, capable of proposing improvements, maintaining quality standards, and actively contributing to the product’s evolution. The primary mission of this person will be to evolve and maintain the front-end of **DirectAds** (https://directads.ai/), our AI-powered tool that automates campaign creation and management on Meta ADS — ensuring visual quality, component organization, and a smooth experience for end users. If you value autonomy, appreciate well-structured code, and want to see your work directly impact a real product, you’ll thrive here. **Responsibilities:** * Act as a front-end developer within the technology team, contributing to building and evolving platform interfaces, identifying opportunities to improve performance, usability, and scalability of applications. * Evolve and maintain the DirectAds front-end, ensuring visual quality, component consistency, and a good user experience. * Translate product and design requirements into functional, accessible, and well-structured interfaces. * Organize and document components, contributing to a sustainable and scalable codebase. * Identify and propose technical improvements in the front-end — architecture, performance, UX — whenever appropriate. * Collaborate with the technology team on API integrations and features involving applied AI. * Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. As we operate in an international market with fast-paced dynamics, situations occasionally arise requiring attention during flexible hours. **Technical Profile:** Minimum 3+ years of front-end development experience. * Proficiency in React, Next.js, and TypeScript, among others. * Experience with component architecture, code reuse, and scalable front-end project organization. * Best practices in componentization, state management, and front-end performance. * Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs, handling request states, and integrating with back-end services. * Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling frameworks. * Attention to UI/UX details, responsiveness, and implementation of interfaces consistent with design systems. **Nice-to-Haves:** * Experience with SaaS products or B2B tools. * Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
