**What we are looking for:** A Senior-level professional serving as a **Data and AI Project Manager with a focus on Azure Cloud environments.** **Responsibilities:** Responsible for end\-to\-end delivery of the Data \& Artificial Intelligence program on Azure Cloud, applying Agile (Scrum) methodology to ensure strategic alignment, continuous business value delivery, and technical, financial, and regulatory compliance. Demonstrates solid experience managing complex technology programs, leading multiple interdependent initiatives in data engineering, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI within Azure Cloud environments, with strong expertise in Agile governance and executive stakeholder management. * Lead the Data \& AI program using Agile Scrum methodology, ensuring integrated execution across multiple squads; * Directly manage a team comprising Scrum Masters and Product Owners, ensuring Agile cadence, priority alignment, and incremental value delivery; * Define and maintain Agile program governance, including roadmap, strategic backlog, risk management, dependency tracking, and performance metrics (KPIs and OKRs); * Serve as the central liaison among business, technology, cloud, data, security, and vendors, enabling continuous alignment across stakeholders; * Supervise multidisciplinary teams composed of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, MLOps Engineers, Azure Architects, DevOps Engineers, and Analytics professionals, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices; * Ensure proper usage and integration of Azure services—including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Microsoft Fabric—where applicable; * Guarantee compliance with security requirements, LGPD, regulatory compliance, and FinOps on the Azure platform; * Manage program budget, forecast, margin, and financial reporting; * Conduct periodic executive reporting, presenting status, risks, outcomes, and benefits to the executive leadership level. **Requirements:** Agile Program Management (Scrum, SAFe, hybrid models). Agile governance and scaling of Scrum in complex programs. Data \& AI solution architecture on Azure Cloud. Product Backlog, Roadmap, and Value Stream management. Data governance, information security, and regulatory compliance. Financial program management (budget, forecast, FinOps).
