Job Summary: Responsible for controlling access of people, ensuring site security and order, and providing service with ethical and professional conduct. Key Highlights: 1. Work Schedule and Shifts: Primary shift: 12x36 \- Salary R$ 1912.00 \+ Benefits Reconciliation shift: 12x36 \- Flat rate R$ 2\.100,00, paid without deductions Days off: 1 day off every 15 days \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, patients, and service providers; Perform identification, guidance, and direction of the public; Ensure the safety, order, and integrity of people and property; Organize access flow according to site regulations; Record and report incidents to supervision; Strictly comply with internal policies, security protocols, hygiene standards, and confidentiality requirements; Maintain an ethical, professional, and courteous attitude during interactions.
