We value technical insight, collective responsibility, and commitment to continuously improving.** **Here, professional growth walks hand-in-hand with human growth, because we know that the true strength of engineering lies in people.** **More than moving trains, we move cities, connect stories, and help build the future of urban mobility** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, apply now and don’t forget to share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#Engetrens \#GrupoComporte \#Oportunidades** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Mission:** * Responsible for serving as the technical, strategic, and integration guardian of projects; responsible for managing the technical project team for permanent way infrastructure and superstructure; defining and guiding technical directives for developing railway projects—ensuring technical requirements, quality, planning, budgeting, and value engineering for developed projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage, plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of railway infrastructure projects—from conception through completion and approval by internal and external stakeholders; * Ensure technical quality of projects related to railway geometry, earthworks, infrastructure (subgrade, drainage, retaining structures), and superstructure (ballast, sleepers, rails, fastenings); * Validate design criteria such as: Civil speed; Track capacity; Operational safety; Define and standardize technical guidelines and engineering solutions; * Project production planning and control: Support planning structuring and manage schedules and delivery milestones; * Support in preparing studies to define engineering solutions, ensuring optimal balance between technical feasibility, cost, and constructability; * Ensure adherence to engineering deadlines and budgets; * Monitor indicators such as: Physical progress; Project productivity; Risks associated with quality, schedule, and cost impacts; Rework; * Ensure successful project development through appropriate management of the technical team; * Ensure compliance with technical, safety, quality, and environmental project standards and regulations; * Facilitate and promote communication among internal stakeholders, conducting regular meetings for updates, coordination, issue resolution, and approvals; * Lead the project team, providing guidance, support, and professional development; * Support engagement with regulatory authorities and government agencies during project approvals; * Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and concession contract requirements.  **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Engineering, Railway Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in managing and coordinating railway projects. **Additional Information** **Benefits we offer:** **Medical Assistance (SulAmérica)** – Take care of your health with one of the market’s top-tier plans, ensuring quality and security for you. **Meal Allowance** – BRL 1,154.00 per month for your meals. **Transportation Allowance** – Easier mobility for your daily commute. **Profit Sharing (PLR)** – We recognize your performance with variable compensation aligned with company results. **Wellhub Partnership** – Access to gyms, studios, and wellness apps to care for your physical and mental health.
