This role involves: Building new products and integrating with existing systems; Using new technologies, with strong emphasis on AWS and modern architecture; Actively participating in forming new teams, including hiring and talent development; Working at a solid company with an innovative spirit, offering space to create and make an impact. RESPONSIBILITIES Building and leading new software engineering teams; Direct management of engineering coordinators; Promoting people's development and engagement; Supporting project management, deadlines, metrics, and deliveries; Ensuring application of software development best practices and quality; Maintaining alignment and collaboration across diverse areas—both business and product as well as technical; Acting as a facilitator in technical decisions and promoting agility in deliveries. **Requirements:** REQUIREMENTS Experience as a manager of software engineering teams, preferably in fintechs or financial market companies; Strategic vision and project management capability; Knowledge of agile methodologies; Solid experience in people management; Technical background in software development and architecture; Critical, analytical profile with problem-solving orientation. ADDITIONAL ASSETS Knowledge of capital markets and credit; Experience in software architecture, design patterns, and best practices; Experience building scalable solutions.
