Join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, propose, present, and implement integrated campaigns through efficient media plans focused on client needs. * Ensure strategic understanding of initiatives and campaigns, and cultivate critical interpretation of results across the entire team—focusing on investment efficiency, continuous learning genuinely translated into behavioral change, and account maturity evolution. * Collaborate closely with Account Management, Social, Data, Planning, Creative, and Production teams. * Lead based on team development and information-driven management, ensuring excellence in performance, governance, processes, and deliverables. * Adopt a solution-oriented mindset, focused on transformingly addressing client, team, and departmental needs. * Implement innovation, new models, and proposals. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in technical media roles at advertising agencies; * Leadership of media teams — mandatory. * Inspirational leadership and results orientation * Proven experience in offline media planning and buying is essential (with emphasis on highly efficient TV plans, radio negotiation, and strategic OOH definition). * Demonstrated success managing impactful 360° campaigns * Active negotiation profile to achieve optimal strategic outcomes with media outlets and platforms * Practical knowledge of offline media platforms (e.g., Instar) and online platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google) **Additional Information** We are BBDO’s integrated agency model in Brazil, serving and adapting to each client’s needs by combining the expertise of the world’s most awarded agency network with agile and flexible operations.
