Key responsibilities: \- Trend research and content curation; \- Organization and support in managing editorial calendars; \- Writing campaign materials, initiatives, and plans; \- Developing strategies for content planning; \- Supporting the creation of content campaigns and initiatives; \- Participating in performance and results analysis with the team; \- Assisting in organizing team priorities and deliverables, mentoring interns; \- Participating in editorial meetings (client communication). Requirements Proficiency in Portuguese language and excellence in writing; Ability to edit texts for quality control; Organizational and disciplined mindset; Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, Languages, or related fields; Advanced English; Google Workspace; Experience in content-related areas (writing) and/or Social CRM; Respect for company and client processes and culture. Desirable Knowledge and/or experience in media and BI areas; Basic understanding of SEO; Experience in the communications industry; Affinity for trend research.
