Our mission is to ensure that the Bradesco Group receives managerial information, results, analyses, and projections with governance, while serving as a reference for financial analyses, studies, and projections to enhance the quality and accuracy of organizational decisions. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Junior Controller Analyst, you will work within the Management of Analysis and Results department, with primary responsibilities including: * Interpreting financial statements and analyzing data such as volume, spread, and margin to support strategic decisions; * Monitoring, controlling, and justifying financial variances, ensuring accuracy and consistency in results; * Planning and executing short-term actions and projections, prioritizing multiple demands with agility; * Tracking product and service budgets and financial forecasts according to business indicator evolution; * Negotiating with various departments to align resources, needs, and deadlines, strengthening internal cooperation; * Presenting financial results, analyses, and insights clearly and structurally. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
