If you did not find a vacancy matching your profile, please share your information and resume in our talent pool, indicating your areas of interest. **Responsibilities and duties** * Lead Training & Development programs; * Design, monitor, and execute the annual corporate and operational training schedule; * Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) in collaboration with leaders and support areas; * Develop and deliver behavioral, leadership, and corporate integration training; * Act as a strategic partner to leaders, supporting team development and performance management initiatives; * Design learning paths, development programs, and internal capacity-building actions; * Lead Performance Evaluation processes, calibration sessions, feedback delivery, and Individual Development Plans (IDP); * Analyze training, performance, organizational climate, and turnover metrics, proposing continuous improvement actions; * Develop and manage internal communication, organizational culture, and internal marketing initiatives; * Lead internal campaigns, corporate events, and employee engagement activities; * Contribute to building and strengthening organizational culture and employee experience; * Manage vendors, training platforms, and external partners; * Prepare materials, executive presentations, and managerial reports for the area; * Support HR strategic projects and organizational development initiatives. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid experience in Training & Development; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency; * Experience in the civil construction sector is a plus. **Additional information** **Work location: Alphaville \- Barueri** At **Diase**, we believe that caring for people is essential to achieving great results.
