Qualification **Skills and Experience** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven, solid experience with **Java 17/21**, **Spring Boot**, and the Spring ecosystem. * Strong mastery of **application architecture** (DDD, Hexagonal/Clean Architecture) and microservices. * Experience with **OpenAPI/Swagger (YAML)** and contract-based practices. * Hands-on experience with **Azure**, containers, and **cloud-native** concepts. * Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** (GitHub Actions or similar). * Practical knowledge of **observability** (Dynatrace, Elastic/Kibana, OpenTelemetry, Grafana). * Solid experience with **SQL**, **NoSQL (MongoDB)**, **Redis**, **feature flags**, **Git**, and automated testing. * Collaborative mindset, systemic vision, autonomy, and strong sense of technical responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in **legacy system modernization**, including coexistence strategies and the **Strangler pattern**. * Practical experience leading **performance and optimization initiatives**, using **JMeter**.
