We would be delighted to receive your application and learn more about your career and professional journey. **Position Details:** You will support Human Resources activities including: job posting, updating records, contacting candidates and scheduling processes, updating personnel files, internal marketing initiatives, preparing attendance lists, distributing employee benefits, recording timekeeping incidents, and other related tasks. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in High School. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting purposes; **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 4 days onsite (Mauá) and 1 day attending external training (Santo André) * 100% in-person work; * Compensation includes base salary \+ 30% hazard pay **Weekly Working Hours** 30 hours **Employment Type** 1-year-and-4-month apprenticeship contract **Required Knowledge and Skills** Critical Thinking Communication Focus Organization Interpersonal Relationships **Benefits** Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Transportation Allowance ### **Employment Type:** Apprentice ### **Benefits:** Cafeteria, Transportation Allowance, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Human Resources
