To manage capacity, aiming to sustain a consistent and healthy pace to help the team become more effective. **To manage squad metrics such as:** * availability * accuracy * changes * incidents * vulnerabilities * productivity and performance * quality (bugs, tests, etc...) **Mandatory Requirements:** * Java 8\+\+ * Spring Boot * Quarkus * Microservices * SOLID principles * Kafka * RabbitMQ * Clean Architecture/Hexagonal Architecture * Clean Code * Unit testing * AWS **Desirable Requirements:** Experience with Java, particularly versions 8\+\+. Java as the programming language and Spring as the framework; solid object-oriented programming knowledge, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
