**About the Opportunity**

You will support end-to-end game publishing project management — covering localization, marketing, distribution, and collaboration with global teams. Additionally, you will play a key role in communication between the Brazilian team and international partners, ensuring alignment, deadlines, and deliverables.
**Main Responsibilities**

* Support coordination of game publishing projects
* Act as a bridge between Brazilian teams and global teams (especially China)
* Monitor schedules, deliverables, and budgets
* Produce reports, meeting minutes, and risk analyses in English and Mandarin
* Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements
* Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure smooth execution
**Mandatory Requirements**

* Fluency in Mandarin and English
* Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Game Design, or related fields
* Experience (or strong interest) in the games industry
* Organized, communicative, and adaptable to multicultural environments
* Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a global environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
------------------------
* Experience with the Chinese games market
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday
* Experience in game localization, digital marketing, or publishing
* Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PMP
* Proficiency with Chinese platforms such as WeChat, TapTap, or Bilibili
