If you're passionate about technology, sustainability, and global collaboration — you’ll feel right at home with us. **1\.** **Preparation and Setup of Production Lines** * Perform complete setup of PEAD pipe extrusion lines for various diameters and pressure classes. * Carry out die head, mandrel, sleeve, calibrator, tank, and peripheral component changes. * Perform mechanical alignments and necessary adjustments prior to production startup. * Prepare equipment according to technical specifications, production orders, and defined parameters. * Ensure reduced setup time and stable line startup. **2\. Technical Adjustments and Process Support** * Conduct mechanical and operational adjustments during startups and production changeovers. * Support operators and supervisors in resolving process deviations. * Identify root causes of dimensional defects, ovality, wall thickness variation, surface finish issues, and production instabilities. * Assist in stabilizing production parameters to ensure quality and productivity. * Participate in trials of new products, tools, and process improvements. **3\. Equipment Maintenance and Preservation** * Perform minor preventive and corrective mechanical interventions on production lines. * Inspect tooling, mechanical components, and peripheral equipment conditions. * Request corrective maintenance when operational risks or technical failures are identified. * Ensure preservation, cleaning, and organization of setup tools and devices. * Support maintenance teams in disassembly and reassembly of equipment as required. **4\. Safety, Quality, and Standardization** * Strictly comply with safety regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. * Ensure setups are performed in accordance with technical standards and internal procedures. * Verify dimensional and visual product conformity during startups. * Contribute to scrap reduction, rework minimization, and process loss prevention. * Participate in continuous improvement programs, 5S, TPM, and operational safety initiatives. **5\. Technical Management and Continuous Improvement** * Document technical incidents and opportunities for improvement. * Contribute to setup standardization and adoption of best operational practices. * Train and guide operators on correct setup and operation procedures. * Support the technical development of the operations team. * Focus on OEE, productivity, downtime reduction, and process reliability.
