Focus on workplace safety and teamwork. **JOB – CONSTRUCTION HELPER** **️ Responsibilities** * Availability for on-site work in an industrial environment * Assist in preparing materials such as mortar and concrete * Load and transport construction materials * Perform site cleaning and organization * Carry out excavations * Assist in masonry, plastering, painting, and installation tasks * Support tool maintenance and organization **Requirements**: * Completed elementary education (preferred) * Basic knowledge of support activities in civil construction * Familiarity with workplace safety principles **Mandatory NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards)** * **NR 6 – Personal Protective Equipment** * **NR 12 – Safety in Machinery and Equipment Operations** * **NR 18 – Working Conditions and Environment in the Construction Industry** * **NR 35 – Work at Heights** **️ Experience** * Prior experience as a construction helper (preferred) * Hands-on experience with loading, site cleaning and organization, masonry support, and other general tasks **Skills and Competencies** * Ability to perform manual labor * Organizational skills and responsibility * Attention to safety regulations * Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team * Agility and willingness to perform diverse tasks **Benefits:** **Salary:** R$ 2\.189,97 **Meals:** Provided on-site **Transportation Allowance:** (up to R$ 21.42/day) **Work Schedule** * **Monday to Friday** \- **07:00 to 17:00** **Work Location** Jardim Mimas Neighborhood – Embu das Artes – SP Click the link below to apply: https://russelvagas.com.br/cadastro\-candidato/.
