Join a company that loves transforming through technology and embraces diversity in all its forms! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and deliver innovative software solutions that meet customers’ strategic business needs—from conception and design through implementation and support. * Experience in understanding functional requirements and estimating customers’ business needs to assess impacts/alignment of new solutions, ensuring high-quality, accurate solution proposals, as well as supporting the sales team in technical sales and defenses and operations by assisting IT teams on topics where you are a subject-matter expert. * Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, internal customers, and external partners to ensure timely and effective support for existing or prospective clients. * Play a critical role in solution design to ensure orchestration of delivery development using technology **Requirements and Qualifications*** Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role in IT/software; * Proficiency in software architecture (object-oriented design, patterns, Agile, DevOps). * Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. * Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, with emphasis on quality, scalability, and security. * Familiarity with modern technologies (cloud, microservices, containers, AI). * Experience integrating systems across multiple platforms. * Clear communication skills tailored to both technical and executive audiences. * Ability to create proposals, presentations, and technical documentation. * Experience in pre-sales and post-sales activities, defending solutions and engaging with stakeholders. * Knowledge of software pricing models. * Fluent English and Portuguese communication. **Additional Information*** Experience developing solutions in high-demand sectors such as fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, or agribusiness. * Certifications in relevant technologies, such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Scrum, or Kanban. * Experience leading software development teams. * Portfolio of relevant and successful projects.
