Job Summary: Assisting in the hiring of a Mid-Level Architect specializing in Revit to develop and coordinate diverse projects, conduct studies, and liaise with clients. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and model various projects in Revit and AutoCAD. 2. Work on diverse project typologies, ranging from industrial to urban planning. 3. Perform project coordination and client-focused studies. LigaJobs is exclusively assisting an Architecture Firm in hiring 1 MID-LEVEL ARCHITECT with Revit expertise. Responsibilities: * Develop projects of various typologies using Revit and AutoCAD * Work on industrial, logistics, research \& technology, administrative headquarters, urban planning, culture \& entertainment, residential, restoration, etc. * Perform modeling and documentation of projects in Revit * Conduct studies and client presentations * Attend meetings with complementary designers * Conduct site visits * Liaise with suppliers * Verify and coordinate with complementary technical projects in Navisworks * Research products, specify requirements, and obtain quotations from suppliers Requirements: * Completed degree in Architecture and Urban Planning * Prior experience working with Revit * Proficiency in Revit modeling and documentation * Previous experience in coordination—not only architectural but also complementary projects * Interest in multiple fields of architecture Working Conditions: * PJ contract (13 invoices) * On-site work at the office. * 30 days of paid vacation.
