Being a Besider means being part of something bigger—it means pushing boundaries, taking responsibility, daring courageously, learning quickly, and always playing as a team toward the same dream. **Your Key Responsibilities:** * Create videos for paid media based on campaign performance data (e.g., ROI, CTR, RPM, etc.); * Objectively analyze and adapt existing videos based on campaign performance data; * Collaborate with our team of professionals to align video editing with the objective of each request and project, ensuring higher-impact delivery; * Knowledge of best practices for visual content on social media; * Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail; * Review and refine content based on team feedback and performance metrics; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously; * Strong organizational skills; * Analyze competitors and benchmarks to identify visual opportunities and trends applicable to our videos; * Stay continuously updated on trends, innovations, and best practices in media and creative production, pursuing innovation and excellence in project execution. **What We’re Looking For:** * Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop; * Experience creating creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads; * A degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is a plus—but not required. **What May Help You Shine:** * Ability to use performance data to guide creative decisions; * Familiarity with data analysis tools, campaign planning platforms, creative production tools, and performance reporting tools; * Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday and Notion; * Basic Spanish and/or English; * Creativity, proactivity, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table; * Portfolio of previous work demonstrating graphic design and video editing skills; * Knowledge of the digital market.
