Summary: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment in LATAM, implementing attraction strategies, conducting screenings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Highlights: 1. Provide insights on recruitment trends and best practices Work Flexibility: Hybrid **What will you do?** * Responsible for the end\-to\-end recruitment process in LATAM * Implement targeted attraction strategies using job boards, social media, and other platforms. * Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate candidates' skills and compatibility. * Ensure a memorable candidate experience from start to finish. * Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager and seasoned TA Partners to refine sourcing techniques. * Provide insights on recruitment trends and best practices. * Drive the hiring process efficiently, meeting our KPIs **What do you need?** **Required:** * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. * Advanced English \& Spanish skills * Previous experience working in recruitment positions **Desirable:** * Previous experience in business\-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or related roles is a plus * Previous experience in consultant agencies or multinational companies Travel Percentage: None
