**We Are All Institute** Founded in 2008, the Syrian-Lebanese Social Responsibility Institute (IRSSL) was established to strengthen the voluntary social action of the Syrian-Lebanese Hospital Ladies’ Benevolent Society in Brazil’s public health sector, with the mission of bringing administrative and operational excellence—already recognized in the private sector—to municipal and state levels across the country. The Institute currently manages 13 healthcare units: Menino Jesus Municipal Children’s Hospital, Grajaú General Hospital, Jundiaí Regional Hospital, Registro Regional Hospital, Rota dos Bandeirantes Regional Hospital (Barueri), Taipas General Hospital, Vila Penteado General Hospital, Interlagos AME, Jundiaí AME, AMAS, Free Ambulatory Clinic, Lia Maria Aguiar Foundation Health Center, Lucy Montoro Rehabilitation Service of Mogi Mirim. **Our Purpose** To share excellence in public health with social relevance. **Our Vision** To be a leading social organization on the journey toward excellence in health with social responsibility in Brazil. **Our Values** S Solidarity E Excellence R Results Learn more about us by clicking the link below. http://irssl.org.br/institucional/\#institucional **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for evaluating and proposing systemic solutions that meet IRSSL’s business area demands and needs; overseeing high-complexity project development, ensuring adherence to deadlines and required quality standards for deliverables; * Analyze technical and functional scopes of development proposals; * Analyze and suggest solutions; evaluate/negotiate effort estimates for proposals; plan and manage development projects; * Manage system vendor teams; communicate project-related information (operational, tactical, and strategic); * Present quality indicators; * Gather requirements from the business area to ensure smooth program operations, identifying and resolving issues related to system configuration and requirements; * Identify business opportunities based on data analysis, internal processes, and market trends; * Conduct functionality testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new versions; * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation; * Deliver training for implemented system modules. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields). Postgraduate degree (Project Management or related fields).
