Work as a Tech Lead at one of the largest health plan management companies in Latin America, serving over 16 million active customers, leading technical initiatives in critical corporate systems. Advanced expertise in PL/SQL, responsible for designing and evolving procedures, packages, functions, and optimizing performance in high-volume environments. Java knowledge is a plus, supporting integrations and development of complementary services. Definition of technical and architectural standards, establishing coding best practices, quality assurance, version control, and development governance. Responsible for code reviews, mitigation of technical risks, and resolution of complex problems. Strategic decision-making regarding architecture, frameworks, and technical solutions to ensure scalability, security, and sustainability of applications. Acting as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technical execution. Mentoring and developing the team, promoting technical growth and software engineering best practices. Direct collaboration with Product Owner, Scrum Master, and stakeholders to support prioritization and definition of the technical roadmap. WORK MODEL: Hybrid (São Paulo/SP) or Remote
