Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional with strong attention to detail to work on IT projects involving the Winthor system, supporting users from accounting and finance departments. Key Highlights: 1. Direct involvement with the Winthor system, focusing on accounting and finance areas. 2. Acting as an interface between IT and business units to ensure solutions align with business needs. 3. We seek a professional to join our IT Projects team, specifically working with the Winthor system. This individual will be responsible for addressing the needs and questions of national users from the accounting and finance departments, reporting directly to the Systems Technology department. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve as the interface between IT and business units to ensure new solutions align with organizational processes; * Lead meetings with business units to address requirements according to project priorities and company strategy; * Gather requirements from business units and perform data analysis to generate functional specifications; * Conduct technical meetings with system vendors and developers; * Perform testing of new system versions and deploy updates to production; * Develop, validate, and execute SQL scripts for database data cleansing and information insertion; * Produce and maintain up-to-date manuals and support materials for systems; * Perform configuration of new routines and systems in accordance with organizational business rules and processes; * Train Key Users and end users on new routines and systems; * Conduct knowledge-transfer meetings on new routines and systems with the IT Support team; * Generate information for internal analysis and business units through report development and data extraction from systems; * Map business information and rules for API development; * Map business information and rules for robotic process automation (RPA) development; * Plan project activities, execute them, and keep the project management system updated according to activity initiation, progress, and completion. #### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience with ERP systems, Sales Force systems, and e-commerce platforms; * Knowledge of SQL for queries and report creation; * Desired: knowledge of Python, RPA development, and API integrations (REST/SOAP). #### **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; * Health Insurance (Amil); * Dental Insurance (Amil); * Life Insurance; * Total Pass; * EBD Store; * CEC: Partnership with Group-affiliated dealerships.
