Focus on continuous process improvement and governance We are looking for a professional to work in the **Controller's Office**, playing a strategic and operational role to ensure the accuracy of financial information and support leadership decision-making. The position will involve close collaboration with Accounting, Finance, business units, and executive management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead monthly management closing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines * Prepare Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Actual Cash Flow Statement * Manage internal controls, financial policies, and compliance processes * Perform accounting reconciliations and variance analyses * Prepare and review management reports and performance indicators * Support internal and external audits * Implement continuous improvements in processes, controls, costs, and financial governance * Develop analyses, KPIs, and management dashboards * Contribute to profitability, margin, and business unit performance studies **Requirements:** * Degree in Business Administration or Accounting * Solid experience in Controller's Office * Advanced Excel skills * Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP B1, TOTVS, NetSuite, or similar) * Proficiency in financial statements and results analysis **Behavioral Competencies:** * Strong analytical profile and attention to detail * Autonomy and ability to work across disciplines * Clear communication and business-oriented mindset * Proactivity in continuously improving processes **Work Location:** Pinheiros, São Paulo/SP – hybrid model.
