As a Microsoft Partner certified across all 5 SOLUTIONS AREAS, we lead the partner community and can offer you: * A unified team of specialists with advanced training and extensive experience in today’s globally leading technology. * The highest industry standards across the board. * Best-in-class tools and frameworks. * Consultative expertise from one of the top Microsoft product implementation firms in the industry. * Microsoft certifications. **Our current moment...** We are experiencing strong growth and seeking new professionals to join our **CRM** team. **Responsibilities:** Solution Development and Design * Design, develop, and optimize advanced C\# plugins, including complex pipelines, asynchronous execution, and modern architectural patterns. * Create and maintain JavaScript Web Resources using modern practices (modularization, ES6\+, design patterns). * Develop Custom Actions, Custom APIs, and advanced extensions for Dynamics 365\. * Design and implement complex data structures (entities, relationships, hierarchies, business rules, forms, views, and command bars). * ️ Cloud Integrations and Services * Build and maintain robust integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and other modern Azure services. * Work with Dynamics 365 REST and OData APIs, ensuring security, performance, and governance. * Implement integration patterns such as messaging, queues, events, and microservice-oriented architectures where applicable. * ️ Power Platform and Automation * Build advanced solutions with Power Automate, including complex flows, custom connectors, and large-scale automations. * Work with Power Apps Model\-Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Pages, ensuring adherence to best practices. * Contribute to governance and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using Power Platform Build Tools, pipelines, and Git. ️ Quality, Security, and Performance * Conduct code reviews, apply architectural standards, and ensure secure development best practices. * Monitor and optimize plugin, query, integration, and flow performance. * Implement logging, telemetry, and observability strategies using Application Insights and related tools. Advanced Support and Team Enablement * Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting junior and mid-level developers. * Perform advanced troubleshooting, incident analysis, and resolution of critical issues. * Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to platform evolution within client environments. * Stay up-to-date with Microsoft ecosystem trends, including Dataverse, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and AI service integrations. **Join Nexer** Requirements: **What we expect from you:** ️ Technical Competencies * Commitment to delivery quality, including execution of tests (unit, integration, and functional), validation of critical scenarios, and assurance of stability prior to deployment. * Solid proficiency in .NET and C\#, with experience developing complex and scalable solutions. * Proficiency in JavaScript, including use of libraries and modern development patterns. * Strong knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, and complementary front\-end technologies). * Ability to apply architectural best practices, design patterns, and secure development principles. * Experience in business-oriented data modeling, ensuring solution alignment and efficiency. * Experience in performance analysis, code optimization, and identification of technical bottlenecks. * Ability to design, develop, and maintain robust web applications collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. * Capability to translate functional requirements into well-structured, high-quality technical solutions. * Consistent experience in advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex problems. Experience Minimum of 4 years of experience in the activities and technologies mentioned.
