Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the unit in Return management, performance analysis, and tracking action plans to enhance the consumer experience. Key Highlights: 1. Support high performance in Return/Depository processes. 2. Develop tools and applications that optimize outcomes and processes. 3. This position will be responsible for supporting the unit across all activities involved in Return management—including performance analysis, action plan tracking, and leading projects aimed at delivering the best possible experience to our consumers. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities...** * Support high performance in Return/Depository processes; * Analyze and direct the flow of returns and resources to meet requirements and ensure timely execution, while continuously streamlining and optimizing processes wherever possible; * Achieve optimal physical movement of products with minimal cost and time, leveraging available resources; * Develop tools and applications that optimize outcomes and processes; * Analyze the end-to-end e-commerce return flow between plants, liaising with relevant departments to ensure proper implementation of the strategy defined by managers; * Conduct periodic analyses of the CEFA process and return write-offs; * Support flow analyses and development of strategic materials, identifying opportunities for process improvement. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required; * Analytical mindset for operational performance analysis; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * Knowledge of administrative logistics is desirable.
