As a Microsoft Partner certified across all 5 SOLUTIONS AREAS, we lead the partner community and can offer you: * A unified team of specialists with advanced training and extensive experience in today’s globally leading technology. * The highest industry-wide standards. * The best-in-class tools and frameworks. * Consulting expertise from one of the top Microsoft product implementation firms in the industry. * Microsoft certifications **Our Current Moment...** We are experiencing rapid expansion and seeking new professionals to join our **CRM** team. **Responsibilities:** Solution Development and Design * Develop and maintain medium-complexity plugins in C\#, workflows, and customizations. * Create and adjust JavaScript Web Resources, including validations, automations, and UI enhancements. * Configure and enhance native CRM components such as entities, fields, relationships, forms, views, and business rules. * ️ Cloud Integrations and Services * Participate in developing and maintaining integrations using REST/OData APIs. * Support building integrations with Azure services — such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Service Bus — under guidance from architects or senior professionals. * Perform adjustments and improvements to existing integrations, ensuring stability and performance. * ️ Power Platform and Automation * Create and maintain Power Automate flows, including low-to-medium complexity automations. * Contribute to Power Apps Model\-Driven and Canvas Apps solutions where applicable. * Assist in maintaining environments and ALM best practices within the Power Platform. ️ Maintenance, Support, and Quality * Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and proposing appropriate solutions. * Execute unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure delivery quality. * Document features, integrations, and technical processes clearly and systematically. Collaboration and Business Understanding * Work closely with analysts, QA engineers, and other developers to ensure deliverables align with client needs. * Participate in requirements-gathering meetings, contributing technical insights and improvement suggestions. * Translate functional requirements into consistent, well-structured technical implementations. **Join Nexer** Requirements: What We Expect From You: ️ Technical Competencies * Commitment to delivery quality, including test execution (unit, integration, and functional), validation of critical scenarios, and ensuring stability prior to deployment. * Solid knowledge of .NET and C\#, with experience developing solutions. * Proficiency in JavaScript, including use of libraries and modern development patterns. * Ability to apply sound development practices, design patterns, and secure development principles. * Experience in business-oriented data modeling, ensuring solution alignment and efficiency. * Skill in developing and maintaining web applications collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. * Ability to translate functional requirements into well-structured, high-quality technical solutions. * Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
