#### **About the Systems and Data Integration Leader Role** **Systems and Data Integration Leader** **On-site position** **Location: São Paulo/SP** **Position summary** Responsible for leading the company's integration and data ecosystem, ensuring reliability, availability, and quality of information across systems and corporate platforms. Key responsibilities * Lead the integration and data team * Manage APIs and integration standards * Design, develop, and sustain integrations between systems * Build data pipelines (ETL/ELT) * Ensure traceability, quality, and availability of information * Monitor integrations and resolve incidents **Requirements** * Experience with system integration and APIs * Knowledge of ETL/ELT and databases * Experience with distributed systems architecture * Familiarity with Git and software development best practices * Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting * Prior experience in technical leadership or coordination **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with messaging and event streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ) * Knowledge of hybrid environments (on\-premises and cloud) * Experience with event-driven architecture (EDA) * Experience in the financial sector * Knowledge of data governance and LGPD
