Job Summary: Foreign trade professional with importation experience, responsible for managing the entire import process flow, documentation, and customs compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in importation and foreign trade. 2. Proficiency in Incoterms, NCM, Siscomex, and LI/DI/DUIMP processes. 3. End-to-end oversight of the importation process. **Description:** Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Prior importation experience (6 months). Proficiency in SAP B1 and foreign trade platforms. Proficiency in Incoterms, NCM, Siscomex, and LI/DI/DUIMP processes. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of international logistics. Ability to analyze costs and generate reports. Oversee the complete importation process flow (purchase order, shipment, customs clearance, delivery). Verify documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, Certificates, etc.). Request and track Import Licenses when required. Ensure proper tax classification and NCM classification. Negotiate lead times, shipping terms, and documentation with international suppliers. Interact with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers. Request and verify international freight and insurance quotations. Ensure compliance with customs regulations and regulatory authorities.
