Description

Job Summary: Responsible for issuing fiscal documents, tracking orders, managing transportation, handling complaints, conducting physical inventory counts, supervising logistical processes, and managing exchanges, working in an integrated manner with other departments. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the issuance of invoices and technical reports, ensuring compliance with deadlines and applicable legislation. 2. Supervise logistical processes from product receipt to shipment. 3. Coordinate inventory management and handling of exchanges, damages, and returns. **Main Responsibilities:** * Invoice and Technical Report Issuance: Responsible for ensuring accurate issuance of fiscal documents and quality reports according to orders, respecting deadlines and current legislation. * Order Picking Tracking: Supervises the picking process to ensure products are correctly prepared for shipment. * Transportation and Freight Cost Control: Handles freight contracting and monitoring, seeking optimal cost\-benefit ratios, optimizing delivery timelines, and ensuring cargo integrity. * Complaint and Non-Conformance Management: Analyzes operational failures and customer complaints, defines corrective and preventive actions, and tracks their effectiveness. * Physical Inventory: Coordinates and executes monthly and annual inventories, ensuring stock accuracy and reconciliation of system data. * Logistical Process Supervision: Supervises product receipt, inspection, movement, storage, shelf-life control, and shipment. * Exchange, Damage, and Return Management: Coordinates merchandise return flows, ensuring appropriate fiscal and logistical recordkeeping. * Cross-Departmental Integration: Collaborates closely with transportation, sales, and planning teams to align timelines, demands, and the company’s strategic objectives. **Requirements:** * Experience in vehicle scheduling and monitoring, transport document issuance, and controls; * Degree in logistics-related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:48 PM\.
